Over the first year that we have been the innkeepers for the Inn at Craig Place
(Aug. 2007 - Aug. 2008) our guests have found many creative ways to express their appreciation, including the balloon message pictured above, left for us by Michael and Jane of Spring, TX.
We have been so blessed and continue to be blessed by the people who allow us the opportunity to serve and pamper them here: honeymoon couples, military men and women home on leave from overseas, anniversary couples, those couples simply needing a romantic getaway or wanting to celebrate something special, and those people in town for business or special events who want to relax and make their visit to San Antonio extra special. All truly touch our lives and there is no greater reward than their beaming smiles and various expressions of appreciation.
Below are just a few of the notes we have received, written on napkins, greeting cards, scraps of paper, and even a checkbook deposit slip! We sure wish we could post each one of them that we have received. They are all so special to us. Our thanks to all of you! We hope to see you again soon!

We just wanted to tell you again how very much we enjoyed ourselves at your place. I can't remember the last time I felt so pampered. The accommodations were beautiful and it seemed like you all thought of every detail for our enjoyment and comfort. The food was INCREDIBLE!! We loved getting to know you and your family too. You all really know how to make your guests feel special. Thanks again!

We mailed you a letter today expressing what a wonderful time we had during our stay at your beautiful Inn. One thing we forgot to mention was that Jeff and I have stayed at tons of Bed & Breakfasts over the years, in fact, we stay at nothing else, and yours is by far our favorite. We could not think of a better place to take our friends for their first trip to San Antonio and their first stay at a B&B than the Inn at Craig Place. Now they understand what we have raved about so much! There is no other Bed & Breakfast like yours and we will keep coming back as long as you will have us (and as long as Kelly keeps cooking those sensational desserts!) The Inn is beautiful and I especially loved the new fireplace in the parlor. Thank you both so very much for such a wonderful time.

Wow!! Our stay at the Inn and our wedding FAR exceeded our expectations!
From the moment we walked in on Friday we were impressed. We loved our room and all of the special touches.
You and your family do a fantastic job of making the stay warm and intimate!
The Inn at Craig Place is not just another B&B...it's a home away from home that fills your heart with love and comfort.
The food was amazing! The scones...mmm!!!
And most importantly, our wedding...the flower petals on the floor, the candles, the flowers, the cake...all gorgeous!! It was so incredibly special and personal. We couldn't ask for more.
Brielle did a great job capturing our love and laughter in the photos and viewing the photo CD in our room on Saturday night was a very nice touch! Thank you all for making our day unforgettable!

Dear Kelly and Gregg,
We just can't think of enough words to express how much we enjoyed our time at the Inn at Craig Place. The wedding, the food, and the preparations were beautiful and the dining room was such an intimate setting. We wish we would have come down sooner and stayed a day longer.
Thank you for your patience as we nearly "took over" the home. DeNaye was very happy with all the help and extras you did to prepare us for the wedding and she was very pleased with the atmosphere of the Inn for her and Jason's wedding. When our baby is happy, we're happy! :-) We appreciated it very much and we hope to visit again someday.
